As a non local didn’t know anyone in Kashmir. Took a chance and booked this place and This didn’t disappoint us. Amazing, safe, affordable and convenient place to live. Close to everything. Management is great. Daily housekeeping is available. Enjoyed our stay. Will be back soon.

Pathetic hotel

Not at all satisfied with the hotel service, post booking with Oyo, we reached out to the hotel to confirm the booking however they instantly denied the booking saying that they didn't receive any booking and it's not their problem that I have prepaid the booking. Then I paid again ₹2000 to stay in the hotel. It was very small, no towels, facewash, dustbin, hot water (drinking bathing), no glass for drinking water, no heater, no drinking water, was available in the room, even i asked the manager to arrange these thrice. Still, I didn't get so. 0 stars for my experience with this property and will not suggest anyone visit this property.

Worst ever property I have ever visited . pathetic food . Fool around with customer on price. Will never recommend this property. Over charged from me I paid money in advance. Money first and customer last. They work on no refund policy even in case of cancellation due to natural climate disasters

I stayed here with my family for 10 days. It lists a lot of services but in reality there is nothing given to you. The rooms does not have a window and its very calustrophobic. The bed sheets, pillow covers, washrooms are not even washed or changed. Had to remind him for 2-3 days but everytime he comes up with some excuse. The owner switches off the wi fi at night. For food he will expect you to tell him early morning at 6 am about whether you can have breakfast and dinner as well. There is only fixed food everyday. No menu, no changes.Same thing everyday. It is served cold. The waiter expects you to get the food from kitchen, get the bottles from the kitchen, there is no room service. If you go to owner with a request or anything, he will say, "Sir I am just the manager" and his father will say, "I am the director". While checking out he agreed for online transaction and then after I showed him the transaction number and screenshot he did not let us go. Kept us and our belongings as hostage and despite telling him that we are changing hotels and I offered him to stay back till the transfer is complete but let my family go to the new hotel. He did not. Finally my parents went to the new hotel without luggage just to tell them we are taking the room. Menawhile the transaction completed and he threw us and our luggage out of the room despite him knowing that my parents have gone to the Dal lake area and will be abck in sometime. I would request people to not stay here if you want to have a pleasant stay.

This hotel is very close to the airport and therefore is very pleasant for the stay in terms of convenience. The rooms are neat and clean and hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The only drawback is that they dont have a restaurant and so they fetch food from outside.
